Of course I do, and that is no different then now, if the scenario happened that you described, they would be shit in the water! This law takes it to the next step. For all the day labors standing out on the corner, they can walk up and say show me your papers.

And I don't contest that, but can you list things that would give an officer reasonable suspicion that someone is in this country illegally?
