04 Black Headlights w Eyebrows

So i got a ticket.
Cop was a total Dbag.
Wrote me up for.....
Headlight tint
Taillight tint
Window tint
Exhaust
BUT
Didnt get a speeding ticket as i was just getting on freeway.
As it happens i was heading to get it registered and he let that slide.

So i have a set of headlights that have been sanded, eyebrows added and then recleared.

"THEY ARE NOT PERFECT"

The tint didnt take all that well on the eyebrow. Looks wrinkled a lil bit. Painters call it shrinkage. LOL
But cleared over so it wont go anywhere.
they are 6 months old on the tint and about a year on overall.

It will come with the bulbs.....Silverstar Ultras 1 year old.

Off to take a couple pics now.

wow what a ***! They pulled me over for tint twice on the same day driving down back home from PCB..they said my tint was 2% they never noticeed my front windshield which is fully tinted

I had a little Isuzu lowrider back in the day.
Got pulled over for.

Dark tint
No rear view mirror (had a wall of speakers in a topper)
Neon
Light on tag was not white (was a green neon bar. Cop took his nightstick out and shattered it)
Impropper equipment (front bumber to low)
Impropper equipment (no rear bumper, it had a roll pan)
Loud exhaust.

OH forgot to add he also wrote me up for.....
no front liscense plate.

Im pretty sure i can get out of that one as mine didnt come with a front bracket and no holes in the bumper to to prove it.

He said i gottah take it up with Judge.

At least i know one pretty well.
