Anyone know what this sensor is?

Put a new harness on my gen 3 motor. Anyone know what this 2 prong sensor is above the oil line on the left (of picture)? Big one is oil pressure.

That's what I was thinking. Harness doesn't have a connection for it. Aftermarket hot rod harness from hotwireauto.com

I assume it'll run just fine without that?

If that's what it is it will run fine. It's proximity leads me to believe that's what it is.

Correct. It's the oil temp for pillar gauge adv won't affect drive ability but that harness might

Why do you say the harness might? Others have used it without any issues. That oil temp sensor is the only sensor not wired in to the harness.
