Blinker / Flasher relay location?

Anyone know where the blinker relay is located? Want to go with LEDs and switch to the relay to the EP27 flasher so I don't need to splice up all of the wiring with resistors.

Well that is what I would have thought, however nothing is labeled as such. I hear a clicking under the dash also as well as in the fuse box, so that would lead me to think there is a flasher relay somewhere under the dash?
