Searched through my notes throughout the years and these are the part numbers I have. I’d check them out when you get a chance, they’re from Energy suspension. They’re all polyurethane, here’s the part numbers and prices depending on where you buy them.

Rear polyurethane bump stops with Brackets- 5.9104G about $120

Rear polyurethane bump stops- 5.9105G about $50

Just the bump stops. Very common for the age of the trucks not to dry rot and fall off. The slapper bar ones do the same.
I guess the manufacturers are using some cheap rubber .. Ive never seen any dry rot and fall off as long as I can remember hahaha ..

Just curious ,, They dont appear to be in a place that they are even needed , I cant see where they would make contact with anything !
I have the lowering shakles and still they appear to not be needed ...

I think it's just supposed to bang into the rear axle tube since these are equipped with the Dana 60. The other axles usually have a flat pad welded there.

Here's an example I found online on an '06 quad cab:

truck bump stops.jpg

That yellow colored bumpstop is a type of polyurethane foam. It's not uncommon for them to split or break off with age. That red or black aftermarket rubberized stuff is not really porous. They can be much firmer on impact in solid form, but lasts a long, long time (comparatively).

There's your fun bump stop science. Haha! :D

Cool thanks formthe info ...

Noticed the bumpstop is much closer to the rears housing than mine is ,, actually a big difference ,,, hmmm ! Lowered !

For sure. I think this was an in-progress install photo...Looks like a flip kit plate on top of the leaf spring perch.
With the bump stop sitting on top of the axle tub makes me wonder if thats a good thing hahaha

I purchased an aftermarket set up since I couldn't find any info or replacement parts. Still waiting for the item to arrive purchased it a few days ago.

Let is know when you get them and Diy with pics .... thanks for posting them up ... pretty straight forward install as long as the bolt holes, line up with the originals hahaha

So I just got them today installed them about 10 minutes before this post. They look sturdy painted black and the red bump stop aftermarket of course and you can swap the small one for lowered trucks to the the standard long cone for stock height trucks. I may swap out the red poly bushing for a standard height one and compare on my lowered set up and see what I feel is best for me. Let me know what your opinion is on this as well.20251206_145356.jpg20251206_145523.jpg20251206_145537.jpg20251206_150930.jpg20251206_151617.jpg
