Headed to an early morning (5:45) bible study there was a motorcycle on my tail with his bright light on. We were on a 4 land highway doing about 50 mph. I gave it the WOT and pointed to my head trying to tell him he was crazy with the bright light on and riding my tail (I hate tailgaters). Got up to about 80 and let off the gas. 3 miles down the road I was turning left and he turned right. Crapola, he was a cop. Guess he was heading to work from home and not clocked in was the only reason he did not stop me. Also had my cut outs open, loud and fast, yet no ticket. Blessed I guess. :dontknow:

He'll be watching out for you :D

A buddy of mine has a brother who is a CHP and in conversation with him about how he liked his job, he mentioned that they all have a quota of citations that must be met every month. Most officers procrastinate and don't start doing it until the end of the month, cuz in reality unless you are an excited rookie that just got a squad car to ride solo, the vets will only pull you over if you are obviously breaking the law. That's why you notice there are more pulled over vehicle from the 25th and on. So that might be the case here. After all, it is only the 6th. ;)

Probably was going to until he caught up and seen an old guy driving it.

Whatever works. One time I got pulled over in an old 72 power wagon and after leave 4 strips of rubber I raised the hood and told the cop the throttle stuck. Worked. :D
