Cleaning engine and engine bay

I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll post some before and after pics of my detail job. I do have one question. What do yall use to degrease the intake manifold and around the fuel injectors? I've got some stains that won't come out.

Try simple green.

before i powdercoated everything that was aluminum (tends to look like crap very quickly down here along the coast) i would spray the engine down with 409 and then rinse with the mr. clean filtered water. i think the key is using the filtered water,it really cuts down on the spotting.

make sure its cold too. try not to do it on a hot engine.
