Does anyone know of a certified mechanic in the San Antonio area? I have an 05 QC that has an engine knock and the dealership is telling me that I need a new engine. Any help would be appreciated

The dealership called today to let me know that they could not fix my truck. They never did a diag on it but said I have a low engine knock. Looking for a viper mechanic in or around San Antonio Tx or I will have to sell (15K). I don't want to but at this point, it looks like I need to move on. Any leads would be appreciated....
