Error code 11

Hey guys, hope someone can help! I loaded a stock program in my truck using an sct tuner, after my truck woulnt start and i get a code 11 noautodetect. I received a recovery file from sct and it wouldnt load, so i sent the pcm and tuner to sct and they said they loaded the recovery file no problem. Now my truck still wont start and shows an error code 11 noautodetect. Any ideas?
