For those who replaced the Ram emblem on the hood....

When you removed the logo did you leave the black piece that there's a notch in the grill for??? The emblem came out as one piece and I'm about to put my curved hood emblem on should i glue that recessed piece back in?? TIA

does some one have the how to install on the hood emblem...i'm to recive it on friday and on a other forum there was something on the install for the curved emblem..something about centering over the hole in the hood???and something else but i don't remember what ...old age, maybe has a part in it.....thank you ( sorry craig i can't help you)
