With the number of new members joining, I thought I would start a thread on how to attach pics and what some of the symbols do.
If you would like something else covered, or have an idea, correction, or something.. please send me a PM.

    Pictures

If you have a picture on your computer that you would like to post, click this button.

It will open up a new window

Click on "choose file" and browse to the file on your computer. You can attach up to 10 pictures in a single post.
Once chosen, click upload. Once the upload is done, click on "close this window"

With this method, the picture will appear as a smaller picture that members can click on to make it bigger. Example Below

Method 2 (you must have a photobucket account or similar)

Highlight your picture. You should get a box that appears around the picture.

Click on the box next to "IMG code"

Once you do, it should say "copied"

Then go to your post window and paste (Ctrl-V or right click and select Paste) the copied code into your post window

    Videos

To attach a video from youtube (or similar)
Right click the link at the top of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or whatever you are using. Select "copy"

Then in the post window, click the link symbol

This will open a new window that you can paste (Ctrl-V or right click and select paste) the link that you copied. Then click "ok"

If done correctly you should end up with a video that is playable in the post window.

Links to Ebay and other sites

In Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or whatever browser you are using, right click the URL at the top of the page you would like to link to. Select "copy". Make sure to copy all of it. Sometimes it is longer than what shows up in the URL bar.

Then in the post window, click on the Link symbol

This will open up another window that you can paste (Ctrl-v or right click and select paste) the link. Select "ok" when done

If done correctly, you should have a link like below

    Dodge : Ram 1500 Dodge : Ram 1500 | eBay
