I would get a car fax and go check it out in person. Radio/Nav looks like a rats nest, makes you wonder what else has been messed with. Exterior looks clean, looks like it’s lowered. Interior looks decent, might want to replace the steering wheel. If everything checks out, price is fair.

Looks kind of rough.. but if its mechanically solid and you can get a better price.. may be a good deal.
