How to clear manage attachments

I am sorta stupid. Can someone tell me how to clear the "manage attachments"? I tried to post a pic and it told me I already had posted it in another thread and wouldn't let me do it.

Try going into User CP and go the the very bottom of the column on left

Click on attachments and see if you can delete them from there ....
