Is it possible to remove the black plastic grill in the bottom bumper without removing the whole bumper from the truck? Can you unbolt the bottom skid plate and pull it out from there?
Installing an aftermarket grill in bottom bumper??

It looks like a no....The air duct to the brakes is in the way....as much as you don't want to, it look like the front bumper has to come off.....
BTW if you do end up taking the bumper off, try taking some pics with it off and the air ducts inthe way....I want to see if I can fit a new set of horns under there.

go to http://www.hornblasters.com/installs/class/?train_horns_on_trucks and look at some of the Rams. With the right horns, they will fit. Mine didn't because they are stacked.
