Lifting Points for Truck

I have a 2006 Quad Cab and was wondering where the lifting points were for the truck. I have a symmetrical car lift. I assume you would lift using the frame. Just looking for the best spots to put the arms.

The frame is pretty robust on these trucks.

There may be official lift points like there are on unibody vehicles (i.e. cars) so you don't put a jack through the floorboards on those;
but use any (4) access points on the frame of these trucks (with 2 on each side) and lift away.
