Vehicle OverviewThe VIN 3D3HA16H95G740014 corresponds to a 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 pickup truck. It is equipped with an 8.3L V10 engine and was originally yellow in color.

stat.vin
This model is known for its high-performance Viper-derived engine, producing around 500 horsepower, with a focus on sport truck capabilities including a manual transmission and rear-wheel drive.Manufacturing and Specifications
  • Year/Make/Model: 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10
  • Engine: 8.3L V10 SFI (gasoline)
  • Body Style: Regular cab pickup
  • Assembly Plant: Likely Saltillo, Mexico (based on VIN prefix 3D3, indicating Chrysler de Mexico assembly for heavy-duty vehicles)
  • Other Specs: 2-door, rear-wheel drive, high-performance trim with aerodynamic enhancements, large brakes, and unique styling.
These details are derived from standard VIN decoding patterns for Dodge trucks of this era, as direct decoder tools did not yield additional unique data beyond the basics.Ownership and Title HistoryLimited public records are available for ownership changes. The vehicle appears to have been registered in Louisiana at some point, as indicated by title documents from that state.

hideautovin.com
No comprehensive chain of ownership (e.g., number of owners or transfer dates) was found in open sources, which is common for older vehicles without paid premium reports. NMVTIS-compliant sources (e.g., via approved providers like VinAudit or EpicVIN) did not reveal additional free details on titles beyond salvage branding.Accident and Damage HistoryThe vehicle sustained significant burn damage, likely from a fire incident. This damage was reported as primary, with no secondary damages noted in available records. No specific accident reports (e.g., police reports or insurance claims) were located for this VIN, but the burn event led to a salvage title designation.Auction and Sales History
  • Auction Sale (June 30, 2021): Sold at Copart auction (Lot #35284751) in New Orleans, Louisiana.

    stat.vin
The vehicle was listed with burn damage and a Louisiana Certificate of Title - Salvage. No final sale price or buyer details are publicly available. Odometer reading at the time of auction was not specified in records.
  • No other auction or sales listings were found post-2021, suggesting it may have been repaired, exported, or scrapped after this event.
Odometer and Mileage RecordsNo verified odometer readings or mileage history were available from public sources. Premium vehicle history reports (e.g., from Carfax or AutoCheck) might provide this, but free checks did not yield data.Recalls and Safety IssuesNo open or historical recalls specific to this VIN were identified through NHTSA searches. However, as a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, it may be subject to model-wide recalls if applicable (e.g., for airbags or fuel systems in similar trucks). Check the NHTSA website directly for the latest general model recalls.

nhtsa.gov
Theft and Total Loss RecordsA check via NICB VINCheck showed no records of insurance theft claims or total loss declarations beyond the salvage title from the burn damage. The vehicle does not appear in theft databases.Service and Maintenance RecordsNo public service records (e.g., oil changes, repairs, or dealer visits) were found. These are typically not available without owner-submitted data or paid reports from services like Carfax.Other Notes
  • Social Media/X Mentions: No posts or discussions referencing this specific VIN were found on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Potential Limitations: Full vehicle histories often require paid services from providers like Carfax, AutoCheck, or NMVTIS-approved vendors for complete details on owners, mileage rollbacks, or hidden issues. The available data suggests this vehicle had a major damage event in or before 2021, leading to salvage status, which could affect insurability or value.
  • Value Estimate: As a collectible SRT-10 model, undamaged examples from 2005 typically range from $20,000–$40,000 depending on condition. With salvage history and burn damage, this one's value would be significantly lower, potentially under $10,000 if repaired.

Thanks for the very detailed feedback. I would have hoped he would would have been on the forums or someone that knows him.

He or someone who knows may be member. Possibly he just didn't register it in the registry

I keep doing what I can to search around videos, YouTube, Facebook but looks like dead ends.
What are you trying to find out? Did you buy this truck? Just curious thanks!

Potentially looking to purchase and use some parts and sell some of mine and some of that one being the donor. But truck i was told made over 700hp and is supercharged. I want to know the specs of what parts it actually has vs tearing the motor down to figure it out.

oh wow! That would be great for a donor if the engine wasn't damaged. Hope you find the owner that would save lots of work!

Yeah. I figure plastics and some gasket will need replacement but internally it should be good. I hope I can track the person down. To verify the claims other wise no need to purchase it.
