I'm getting some noise out of the drivers lower control arm. I can hit it with WD-40 and it goes away and comes back in a couple days. Sounds like the lower control arm bushings. I'm inclined to change them. My questions are - Can I just remove the wheel and drop the control arm on the chassis side to swap them? Or will the suspension spring push it down and prevent me from reinstalling it (the control arm)? Any words of wisdom are appreciated.

I changed mine over the winter took the whole suspension off and replaced bushings ball joints etc.The bushings have to be pressed out and the new ones pressed back in.
