I was looking at the rear suspension of my 05 QC.
Can the top spring leaf be flipped? The spring leaf pack sits just about level as it is installed. As it is now, the rear leaf wraps from the bottom up, then around the eye in the shackle (kind of like a number "9" turned clockwise 90 degrees). Flipping just the top leaf, so it comes into the rear eye from the top, looks like it would drop things 1-1.5 inches, at the rear of the spring. BUT, it looks like the leaf would make interference contact with the rear shackle, so maybe flipping that top leaf is not an option. Has anyone tried or done this successfully with the stock springs.
This and taking out that extra load leaf should lower it a good bit.
