i used an air compressor but didn't limit how far it came out the first time & it shot out like a bullet with damage (had to order new one from dragon)......

the other three i used a block of wood (to limit travel) with the air then worked out the last 1/4" by hand, the seal/gasket was easy...... reinstall wasn't hard - lightly lube pistons & use a c-clamp with a block of wood.....
