Hey guys, i rolled up around 6ish, i saw a silver quad cab,(in back ground of the pic ) looked mostly stock. Then me and my gril went to grab some dinner rolled back around at 7:30ish, . I passed a yellow quad cab, i have talked to the guy that owns it about a month earlyer, since i talked to him looks like he added black stripes, looked good.

Pulling into the parking lot somone had 30 day tags on a 06 white RC with blue stripes. Sweeeet truck.

Sorry i missed everyone else that said they were going. I really wanted to hear what exhaust notes you guys are putting out. Owell..

Some pretty sweet cars there.. I took a picture of the baddest car there though

My goal one day is to have a car like this, except for it being a buick gsx with a thumping 455

You mean an 05' white RC with blue stripes...I know what you meant though, wish I could have made it.

no 06 lol, it had the 06 spoiler on it ?.. not the 04 or 5 and 30 day tags.

they didnt make a white one with blue stripes in 06 then ? Never saw the front or inside to tell for sure only saw it from the back.

Yeah, the 05' CE's have the same wing as the Quad Cabs. I think it's the same as the 06 RC wing as well, but I'm not sure, here's a pic of my wing, it's kinda hard to tell by this pic, but the other two trucks are an 04' and an 05' RC SRT-10.

Whats up with twin SC's? Does that even work? It does look cool though.

patrick

I guess so? You're shoving Boosted Air into another supercharger, to get Boosted again!! :D :D

Definitely looks BadAss!!

So would you classify that car as a "trailer queen"? Badass but never driven on the track?

patrick
That's what I'd say - "trailer queen". And, impractical as hell.

I was there also and it runs and sounded purely wicked !! He is going to run it on the track soon.I think he said Capitol Raceway ? He was from Maryland.
I hate I missed everyone.I left around 5:30 assuming no one else was coming.Maybe next Saturday ?
Was the red 04 Viper still there ? He had a Roe supercharger, nitrous and methanol.Said it has over 1,000 HP !!!

Nelson

That thing looks like a two donged goat........

It would run, but the real question is what good the lower blower is. You're not stuffing twice the air in, especially if the lower unit is being driven at the same rate as the top one.

Wanna run twins? This guy has the right idea (still mostly for show, of course):

Dude that pic is just insane!!! How much money does that dude have in that setup? Crazy!

patrick

He drove it around and smoked his fulll size slicks pretty good even though he only got into the throttle for less than a second. Also he did it from a 20 mph roll.

I may go next week. What time were you thinking ? I really like to hear what your truck sounds like with the mods you have on it.

The 04 viper was still there, he was over in the far corner of the parking lot ?

I looked at it saw it supercharged didnt see the meth, kinda looked like nitrous if thats what i saw.

Did you see the ford gt40? that car is freaking big lol, compared to the c6 z06 next to it, the thing looked like a caddy. Deffinatly was extoic just big.

Well im sure his number 1 ideal behind the gto was for looks. radical, and he acheived it, sure it may not be practical but it screams bad ass , its saying please dont waste my time inless you come to the table with 1500 horsepower or more.

I would think having two blowers on a car would let you run even a more insane amount of boost efortless. Instead of squeezing boost out of a setup , hes making what most people dream of in boost. But his motor looked like a pointiac 400 or 350 block. Even though Pointiac never made a so called big block, the 455 external motor features make the motor look bigger depending on year and car it was placed in. And the motor didnt look big, then again it was downsized cause everything else around it was big. Im assuming it was a 455 or 454 , why spend the money like that and not go with the bigger displacement.:dontknow:

HotRod magazine did a article and cover story on a guy who took a orginal 72 Buick Gsx and rigged it with two blowers on a 455. It was amazing, one of the baddes cars i have ever seen. Earns my respect right up there with this GTO

Oh and allmost forgot, i was saw a magazine article again Hotrod if i remember right. Where they took a 77 trans am , 455, with a turbo, supercharger, and nitrous all on the same motor, that was impressive to...

It had both nitrous and meth injection (he showed it to me,jug was in the trunk). He says Sean Roe sold him the blower kit and has them for the trucks.he can also sell them,or so he said.
I am planning to be there this Sat around 6 :dontknow: if I can.

It would operate like a two stage compressor. So the lower blower would compress the already compressed air further.
