Finally after many years of searching i found my Viper Truck. Some things id like to go over and welcome any amount of advice, criticism etc. Looking to potentially do some Trans upgrades, has anyone ever retrofitted a newer series auto to these trucks? I know that there have been some manual swaps into QC's. Has anyone ever had any experience with Venemous1racing in Texas? They have some pretty crazy builds and do a mean looking side exhaust mod. look forward to any and all info.
There is a ZF 8spd auto that will go into these but it is too rich for me. Lots of vehicles have them and so not hard to find a donor and then shop them and they beef them up. Is that the 4th and 5th Gen Ram 1500 8spd you're talking about? if so, those are plentiful here in NA.
