the first Viper Truck would have been a gen2/gen2 set up if the proto type had gone into production

sorry, but your gonna have to educate me on the gen2/gen2 or the gen2/gen3 set up. Let's see if I understand this: gen2 ram body with gen2 viper car drive line, and gen3 is the srt-10 rams?

I would love to have an srt-10, but college kinda nix'd that. Hopefully one day down the road.

Ram SRT10 (2004, 2005 & 2006) were generation 3 Viper engines.....no gen 2 Viper powered trucks were produced for retail...only prototypes....there are some custom ones out there but they are not factory..
