Oil Pan Swap, Car Vs Truck

Does anyone know if a Viper Gen 3 oil pan will work on the truck engine? Not sure if there would be any transmission clearance issues. My truck is pretty low, so the car pan would give me some extra ground clearance.

I'm thinking NO as the overall depth of the car pan is deeper over much of the pan's entire area vs the majority of the capacity of the truck pan is in the sump, at the back.

Unless your truck is funny car low, the truck pan should be fine.

My truck is not a 10, it's a 67 D100, and it is almost funny car low...

Cant say for sure then as I'm not familiar with the D100 K-Member.

the pans are different from a 05 Viper and 05 QC truck I know as I have both. I assume the other yr 3rd Gens are the same. Not sure what may be different internally for the oil pickup though, so be careful there if you switch to a car pan.
