Power Steering Pump Question

The PS pump on the 10 has 2 ports on the reservoir, I just assumed the large on on the bottom (Red) was the return, and the smaller one (yellow) was an overflow (in case you fill it to much). When I went to fill it today, I had fluid coming out of both, are they both returns? Any help would be appreciated.

One line is for High Pressure (1600 psi +) and the other is low pressure.

There is no overflow other than straight up to the cap (messy).

I thought the over-flow was out the power steering lines...hehehe!

Yes the dreaded nylon swivel inside the hose that gets eaten by ATF+4 fluid.

I'm going to bump this thread. A few months ago, I had issues with the fluid coming out the top of the power steering cap. Turns out, the yellow insert had somehow came off, and was spewing fluid. I had the darnedest time locating one. Here's where I found one, and they have plenty in stock.

the big hose is the suction/supply hose to the pump and the small one is the oil return to reservoir
