3/21/25 - Order #3630 placed.
Demon coils, Silver Livewires, and Spark Plugs.

3/31/25 - No order status update, I emailed them

4/1/25 - Andy Savakinas responded letting me know the wires are 4-5 weeks wait, mailing what he has.

4/2/25 - He sends a package via USPS.

4/5/25 - It is just spark plugs.

I wait.

5/6/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
No return call.

5/14/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
No return call.

5/30/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
No return call.

5/31/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
No return call.

6/2/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
No return call.
I email Andy Savakinas as well, no response.

6/4/25 I reach out via phone and left a message.
I also reach out at Andy Savakinas number on C.C. merchant contact.

I filed a dispute with the credit card company today as well.

6/10/25 Still never heard from him and waiting on CC refund.

Andy, from one business owner to another, shame on you man for wasting my time.

If for some reason I get parts that show up after my C.C. refunds me, I will gladly ship them back on your dime and your leg work.

Yes, Andy is a legit seller. Not making any excuses for him but he has been extremely busy moving to a new location. I have several sets of those in stock as well if he ends up being out of inventory.
 
That's good to hear that Andy is okay! Seems out of character for him not to respond.
 
Andy's been around a long time .. my first thought was something had to have happened .. Kyle answered that question !

This isnt the first time people havent been able to get in touch or a reply with Andy ,, I have no idea why .. He should come on and maybe let people know whats going on ...
 
He has always been very responsive to me via email. He should probably just not have a published phone number - I can't imagine getting phone calls at any time (for instance, when I am helping another customer) or having to keep up with a voicemail box.
 
I see we are still batting 1000 on every vender not following up. I know one pissed off customer may not be the worst thing, but it is. Especially for the customer. I thought we had grown out of this issue. Sadly, we have not.


As a person that provides little stupid things for these trucks, I sympathize with Andy. I understand a lot more than I should, but man up and call your customer even if it means you loose the sale, integrity is important.

In a business , any business you always follow up with the customer .. Not doing so will not see a repeat customer and to continue to aviod or not reply to customers will hurt and eventually put you out of business ....
 
Glad to hear, not glad to not get called back.
Also makes one wonder why or did something else happen to make him not reply again ?
Did you pay and not get the items or money back ?
This isnt the first time someone post about not getting replies and other problems with Andy and another vendor ....
 
Maybe Kyle knows what's up since he knows Andy and the situation. Hoping OP got his money back on the parts he didn't receive
