Quad cab manual conversion

Hey folks this seems to be a well discussed but badly documented topic

It is something I would look to do on a quad cab for the fun and because why not.

So what is needed in the list below and is there 05/06 differences? Also anything that can be swapped out for aftermarket? Also I've found 2 places saying they do parted out kits but a lack of detail on what's included.

Manual transmission
Shifter
Clutch pedal
Brake pedal? (Smaller i assume on manusl)
Driveshaft (assume the RC is shorter so custom job needed?)
Flywheel
Clutch
Clutch cylinder and pipework
Interior console part
Tuning?

You can just add the pedal but most swap the whole RC pedal box. I have a whole kit besides a clutch and driveshaft for an 05 QC.
