The viper registry will not allow me to register for access. I purchased my truck a week ago and it appears to have been previously registered and the number is VTR-1312. I want to see more info on it but the site will not let me register. Do I have to ask permission or something?
 
did you complete the human verification?



note, just created a user, worked just fine (see new user "Test"

The button at the bottom of the screen that says complete registration is still gray and I can not complete. I am getting kind of frustrated. I completed the human verification and everything is filled out correctly. I don't understand,
 
There has to be something you didn't complete, it's the only reason it would be gray
 
I just don't know what to tell you. Uses the same process as here

I just tried and as soon as I enter a valid name and passwords the complete registration is no longer gray.

other than case senitive, any other requirments on the passwords???

I'll run some tests later tonight. I know no special characters are needed.
 
Ok I am not the only one having issues. Thought maybe for a second I was stupid or something. I have tried probably 10 times. Oh well I guess.
