Wo , that would make is a shitty job of welding ..,that truck should not be allowed to be sold and the seller should be held fully responsible for any and everything that could happen .. at the least the title has to be a salvage ..

Per car fax says clean title. But yes this is definitely a hazard or an accident waiting to happen.
