Towed 16k lbs GVWR from Nevada to Missouri, 70-90 mph, 9.1 mpg but now 5th/6th gear is rattling.
It needs to be rebuilt because 5/6 weren't built for towing that much weight. This trans came from Rockland Standard Gear originally, they fucked it up, wouldn't warranty it so I sent it to Texas Drivetrain, they fixed same issue, was around $2800 but the told me I shouldn't have been towing that much weight that fast.
Still drives great though if you stay under 75 in 6th.
Full purchase price or decent cummins trade and I'll throw in the custom barstool lol
