Seat belt problems

Anyone else? Driver side seatbelt doesnt always retract. For example, if I lean forward to slip a girl's thong off her ankle, the seatbelt has a ton of slack in it and doesnt go back in. This also happens when I take it off to get out of the truck. It just dangles near the floor. At first I was thinking it was that the seats are really voluptuous, and dodge designed the interior with the normal seats in mind.
Its starting to get annoying, and I will do anything to stay away from the dealer.

Mine was doing the same thing. then i started really paying attention, And noticed it was getting folded over at the pillar. Only half a turn will slow it down like that. Check it out next time it does it.

Well it supposed to real up right after you give it a tug. If it doesnt you could get it replaced underwarranty. From my experience, i noticed usually what causes not to reel is the guide where the goes thru on the b-pillar develops an imperfection or builds up "crap" causing it not reel. I would try cleaning the guide and belt with simple green, that should help. If it doesnt i'll try slight sanding smooth the guide where belt slides thru. If that doesnt fix it then the seat belt reel is what needs to be replaced.
