Eh all just wondering if any of the Alberta/Canadian guys have there trucks out yet? Roads are mostly dry but a lot of sand. I've seen a few bikes out and some other hot rods not sure if it's nice enough to get her out or wait another week or two. I'm starting to get itchy pedal foot lol.
Agreed if I don't get the truck out in the next 10 days, then I won't until I get back from work in June. I think last year I was out mid May also. Maybe I'll just wait until the streets are clean.
Man, I don't know how you guys do it. Not being able to drive the 10 would kill me. Hope you can get them out on the street soon.
I drove mine once last week, before the snow started to fly again. It is going to be nice this weekend, so I hope to get out. Lots of rocks still.
I was out last weekend! WOW! did i drive like an idiot!!! I really deserved a ticket!! lucky i am still in one piece.

Thats a nice blower set up! I had mine out on the weekend, just cruised around a little, nothing to crazy!! LOL!
Nice dyno numbers. Hey Black Mamba when do you think you will be race ready with the new SC I sure would like to check it out. 170 HP is awsome gains.
My buddy with his installed already has a pretty light right foot, until we get a deal worked out for our transmissions. ...the stock 545RFE can barely take 330 HP, for sure will burn up with almost 500 at the wheels if it gets pushed I wont be able to hold back , if the power is there, I know I WILL use it so I'm waiting, patiently until I can afford a new trans before I do the install. I'm shooting for an August install date for the entire build. We just found a local ATS dealer in Edmonton (Well known for their Diesel applications) Hard a port(al) This will save us a huge hassle of shipping/customs charges to Canada. ATS | 2003+ Dodge HEMI 545RFE 4wd Package* He can hook us up for just over $4k (Can$) including Triple Disc Torque Converter ($1400 core credit for our old 545RFE) The Standard Single disc that he recommended is good up to 600HP and $200 less. So for $2600 after core exchange is pretty good. No problemo with Boosting/Tuning and full warranty is 5 years/500K miles
Is that you Norbert? Seems everytime I come back to this site you have a new username Hope you're not hiding from me, I expect to be well into the 12's this year
Sounds like it will be a nice build, can't wait to see it in action. If i ever make it to the track to watch. (Damn work)
Sounds like a good build, price is very fare!! Shows the five clutch drive but only can see 4 disc's?? I also know a really good tranny guy on the south side of the city also, Tony owns AceOmatic and excellent to deal with too.
Very Happy with the pricing on everything so far...Canucks usually get hosed. The Ripp Supercharger Kit (7psi boost) is complete bolt-in ready everything you need, includes V3 Vortech, intercooler and exhanger, MAP sensor, air filter, belt, brackets, pullys, hoses and tubing ...even comes with new larger injectors...and a Diablosport In-Tune programmer. List Price is $6699, Sale price normally $5149 Special "Cinco De Mayo" promo was $4135 only 5 units available. Then they gave me a $300 credit because I already have a Diablo Trinity and didn't need their tuner. Shipping came to $151 UPS ....total after credits and shipping $3986 RIPP Superchargers
WOW !! that is an awesome price. I've been pricing out a 2.9L twin screw Whipple SC for the wife's 2012 FORD F-150 with a 6.2L and they are at $7500.00 before shipping. So to me your getting a great deal. I can get it ordered through FORD and installed by Ford add the Whipple warrenty (and maybe keep my Ford Warrenty) for around $ 10,000. It's kind of steep but worth it for the warrenty to me. I've seen Dyno's anywhere from 460 RWHP to 500+ with this set up. In the end it's the wifes truck so odds for sure it won't happen but it would be cool to drive a boosted truck year round.
