Hey everyone! So last week I posted I was looking for a T56 yoke, well I have now (driveshaft wasn’t repairable so it was cut). My question is since I have a quad cab what u joints will I have to buy? Since the RC uses 2 as opposed to the QC that uses 3 are they the same part number? Thanks!

Here is a link to the online parts manuals - you should be able to get the part numbers there!

Fuel not getting past the pump on a Detroit Diesel 638 / VM 3.8 is almost always a failed mechanical transfer (lift) pump, not the injection pump. These engines won’t deliver fuel forward if the transfer pump isn’t working. Identify the pump on the block, confirm LH/RH rotation from the tag, then rebuild it or replace it with a reman/new Detroit transfer pump. Injection pump work only comes after good fuel supply is restored.

Thank you! I've been tempted for days to say this hahaha but I figured the new member is either a bot or doesn't own a 10 lol lol

Both of his posts lead me to believe that haha
His other post was a decent post , So maybe he just came on and found something to help with … or possibly a diesel guy posting on the wrong forum by accident ..

No doubt! Both posts are very good and informative just didn't seem to go with the topic

I will withdraw my derogatory comment ;)
