Which of three is liked the most

I will be looking for a rc srt10 in the near future after I sell a c6 vette and maybe my 90 454ss truck. I am sure this question has been asked a few times but i haven't spent a great deal of time looking(yes I am lazy) lol. so, what are the big differences between the three years and what do y'all consider to be big selling points of them? I have always been a chevy guy but figured i would give one of these a try. They are a badass looking truck and really like them so whatever advice or comment is appreciated and I am sure there will be alot of difference in opinions but all will be appreciated.
