I was wondering the same thing since all of the oil would have pooled to the rear of the engine? I have just over 96k miles on the odo.
That's my only guess. When I put the TB on about a week ago it was fine.
My friend drove it about a block to haul some trash (in the neighborhood going 20mph) and she didn't mention any odd noises or "check gauges" light.
Hell if I know. E, is dropping by tomorrow to help my not so mechanically inclined ass get it back to stock so I can attempt to have it towed sometime.

The warranty company has to prove that the modification you had installed on your truck was the CAUSE of the engine failure.
That doesn't mean that they won't try however. Put everything as stock as possible.
Sorry for your loss.
Agreed, these motors are pretty darn strong to go thru what we put them thru---daily at least for me. Something else must have been the cause. :dontknow: I park mine on a pretty steep incline 4 days a week and had no ill effects. Where is VENOMOUS1 when we need his input? :dontknow: Really looking forward to getting the real answer why this motor let go.
I know it's cold now, so???
Lol
Goddamn, she's not even cold yet! Lol
