where did you send it to? the current status on mine is the dealer is goign to attempt to repair the tipm by bypassing the problem connection using - wiring in a relay that will bypass the internal board.

update Thanks, I will try the viper pit. I did just hear back from the dealer and they want to try bypassing the bad tipm connection using wires and a relay...similar to the fix that as been posted for later model dodge trucks where the headlight goes out due to a tipm issue..

Well the truck up and died last week. had it towed to dealer took a few days for the viper tech to diag and they said PCM was fine but tipm was the problem and they cannot locate a replacement part. Seems this is a common problem with the 2006's So now I am on a search for a tipm. I checked...
