05 RC Speaker Swap Questions

Alright, I know the sizes: 6x9 front, 3.5 dash, and 5.25 rear

My questions are like this

1 For those with subwoofer boxes behind the seat, is there a point to rear speakers? They end up covered...

2 Will it sound crazy with just dash and front speakers connected to the 4 channels on my aftermarket radio?

Never mind, it sounds awesome.

A note for your subwoofer box builder, tune the port a bit higher because the small area enhances the lows anyway.

I installed it last weekend, and it sounds great. The front sound stage is so open now, and it doesn't get overrun by the bass at all!

Alternators in these trucks are pretty weak though....

New note for anyone running new wire, the door wire loom is difficult to get through because the cab side of it is a plug..,

Luckily the wire I used was thin enough to go between the plugs. Any real amperage though and I will have to drill holes in them to run larger wire through it.
