Looks to me like the lifter failed. Make me an offer, I'm planning on getting the block tanked, new bearings installed and selling it as a long block. Cam had some lobes ground down.

FYI check with your machine shop before you ask to hot tank the engine. Some of the older, harsher chemicals cant be used on an aluminum block.
