A-Pillar without Handle

Having all the tan interior pieces and headliner covered in alcantara. One issue I foresee is the handle and trying to work around that. The guy doing the work said that would be a big problem area and won't look as clean. I've been searching for an A-pillar replacement that has no handle, but no luck so far.

Does anyone know if one exists?

I wonder if the basic work truck trim (ST I think) has a smooth A-pillar trim piece?

I've been looking at other trims and have yet to find one. I think it was standard across all the trims.

Look for one where 2 or 3 gauges can be installed. They dont have the handle piece.
