Well since I no longer live in Colorado Springs but in the Republic of Korea, I no longer qualify for the military exemption and do not want to pay 500 dollars to renew my tags in Colorado, where I will no longer be living when I return from overseas.
The issue is I have to have a Police Officer verify the VIN on the truck is what I said the VIN is on the application for Vehicle Registration done by a law enforcement officer.I tried to do it while I was on leave, but they pulled me over and issued me a 95.00 dollar ticket while I was going to the police department to get the verification done. Florida will not issue me a plate unless I have the form verified by a police officer, so the truck sits in the garage and doesnt move until I get back.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
