I was heading down the road and my truck started bucking and running very rough. I thought it was bad fuel so I pinched it and she cleared up but then the engine light came on. My buddies code reader says p1391 intermittent ckp or cmp. I cleared the code and haven't had an issue since. (About a hundred miles of driving). Any ideas?

I had this happen with a MAFS in the past. Start there.

That is a cam sensor code...... shitty! check that the cam sensor is adjusted properly. Maybe to much gap. These sensors are difficult if not impossible to find these days! if you adjust it MAKE SURE YOU DO IT RIGHT!!!!! it will leave a mess inside the timing cover if you do it incorrectly!
