Installing headers noticed on passenger 1st exhaust valve there's a little built-up more than all the other ones excuse me" not a mechanic" what could be going on?

Start simple... Did you check the spark plug?

Does it seem to be running smoothly? You don't have any codes coming up correct? Could be time for plugs and maybe wires and maybe coils.

Plugs got changed about 64k when I had the Paxton installed maybe I do need too change the wires n coil.Sea foam???

Well when I start it,it idles rough like if its cammed then it goes away no codes

New valve springs and head job. Especially since you're boosted:burnout:
Do a compression test/leak down test as well.

Could be something as simple as a valve seal. Not worth the guess tho, like Dr Viper said a vave job is likely in your future..

Seafoam is a motor treatment. You can add it to fuel tank, oil, or the intake system. I have used it for years. If you add it through the vacuum line prepare for a smoke show
