They probably pulled that portion of the article (truck v-10) from when Top Gear UK did a review and were slightly making fun of it. Couldn't find the video of that at the moment.

Top gear makes fun of any American car and truck. The slammed the lightning and Syclone also. They don't understand our love of trucks. Especially fast trucks. I still loved the show tho.
