Door is locked!

All is fine, i lock the doors, go in the store and come back out.

The passenger door unlocks but not the drivers side.
Tryed do unlock with the key but i cant turn it around to unlock.
Turn to lock is fine.

I can open the door from inside, but the lock goes down when i let go of the handle.
I can feel in the handle when i let it go slowly that its hitting something..

Anyone knows what it can be?

I cant pull the doorknob up either.
Seems to be stuck..?

I had the same problem, one morning I went to go towork and it didthat.

You have to go to the dealer and buy the whole door lock/switch. it's like 100.00 from dodge.

Good luck getting it in if you have bighands.

Yessi the latch is Located on the door edge once opened. Right above your manufacturer tag. Must be removed and replaced from inside.

Had the same problem and just finished replacing the door latch on my truck.
Pretty easy job if you unbolt the window track and move it out of the way.
Only hard part was getting the rod to the inside door handle back in. The other 3 rods were no problem. Used part #55372843AB.
