DVD to CPU?

This may have been asked before but I cant seem to find the answer.
I would like software to convert my DVD's to my computer. I would like to be able to rip them to my iPod as well as create AVI/ Divx. Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't get any easier than This. I use it and it can even copy the commercial copyrited DVD and BlueRay Disks...
