ECU Vin Flash Question?

You just need the vehicle pin number and once u enter that in it will show the vin and ask u if its correct .hit enter and its done.

Ok, I need the Vehicle Pin Number, If I don't have it then how do I get it??

Yes you can replace your ecu with another dosent matter who flashes it. it wont change the perameters. you can get your pin number from the dealer. it can be done .but who ever does it has to have a dealer scan tool.
