electrical problems- mirrors

ok so yesterday my mirrors worked fine. today i hooked up a sub and now my mirrors dont work at all. i checked the power window fuse and its good. the only thing i can think of is that i had to hook up a "REM" wire into the fuse box to make the amp power on. the amp is hooked up to the "overhead cluster" fuse location and works fine. Would this have anything to do with the mirrors stop working?

Did you check the fuse for the mirrors (I assume there is one)? Try disconnecting the amp and see if the mirrors work.
