Engine Light and HP

I installed cattles mids, and soon here after the engine check light came on…. Im not surprised, I know all about how to make a Cat sim, using spark plug antifoulers. But should I, when I unplug my battery and let the codes reset, I feel like it has more power, then the light just comes back on…..

I don’t mind he light being on, But is this hurting hurting my HP???

Do I need to do something about this ASAP???

Possible power increase from the mids or the computer is refreshed and and not been able to adapt to your driving? It will adjust to compensate for the condition, I would non fouler it asap just my .02

are you using a re-flashed pcm or have it sct tuned ?? the cel can be turned off in the programming, but mechanical sims are definitely cheaper.

flashing your pcm ~$250 or sct tuned ~$500.00 or mechanical sims (non-foulers) ~$15.00..... :dontknow:

Sorry a lil vague, the puter will compensate for the code being thrown altering your fuel or timing or something and not allowing the truck to operate at its full potential. Hence I would use non foulers asap.
