found a 05 srt10 but exhaust ports are on the bed side. was this a factory option?

This was not a factory option, there is a pretty good chance it is a V1R side exit kit installed on it.

Indeed. No SRT seats, shifter, rear sway bar/kicker, wheels, etc. Thought it was local here still as I've seen one with dodge 20's and chrome fender trim that looked like his. I'll have to look at exhaust next time though as I don't recall seeing it.
