I put catless mids and a magnaflow cat back on my 05QC yesterday. Two things one this is LOUD gonna take a little getting used to my concern is the tips are probably less than 1/4 inch away from the bumper maybe even closer is there any chance of it melting the bumper cover?

That's not loud. That's music to our ears.

Don't worry, you will get used to it, and so will your neighbors.

Haven't heard of anyone melting a bumper cover to date. Mine are pretty close also and no problems here.

Thanks Silverback the kids love it it's not that bad unless its under WOT then it's pretty loud. Mine is really close i mean really close I hope the double wall stainless tips are for cooling. thanks allot for the reply stage II PCM goes in this week cant wait !

Mine almost touches and there are no issues with the paint
