My first trip to the 1/4 this year
reset my record from 12.007 in Dec last year
to 11.99 on my fist pass
then to
11.98 on my last pass of the afternoon

1.71 60'
7.61 @ 89.9 mph 1/8
11.98 @ 111.65 mph 1/4

stock block hemi, lots O mods
and bit O juice :) :rock:

It was certainly a good way to start the 1/4 for 2012
(having not run the 1/4 in 4 months I was just aiming and hoping to make it through in one piece

Are you still Caltrac only for rear suspension mods? What about the front suspension? Thing is hooking and booking!:burnout:

Yep still stock suspension, shocks F&R heck orig shocks F&R , overload springs.
Caltracs still eat my lunch, I had them so backed that day they were barely functioning at max load- set up at about .650 gap pin to springs.

Still don't understand why my 60 fts are almost a .10 off what I used to be able to run pre caltracs, but with ET in the 1/8 almost a new PB and better in the 1/4 I ain't complain :)

I don't run NA much anymore, last time I tried (while setup to run nitrous) she went 13.14. Same day I ran 12.007 back in Dec last year. Think she would do 12's on a little shorter tire and setting things up better for NA rather than nitrous. The 390's are about perfect height for for N2O runs right now, well almost too short to go much further, but NA I only trap about 5400 rpm on em.
Maybe one of these days I'll get a hold of a set of 27-28 DRs set her up for better NA and see I can finally hit 12's all motor in decent air.
We really only have a very few hemi QC's that have ever run 12's all motor
